Product
Who is this for?
Pathology labs with a bench and often collection centres, typically 150–1,000 tests a day. Clinic or Chain is the usual plan.
Is this a medical device?
No. Atom LIMS records what a person enters and a signatory releases. It flags lab-configured limits. It does not interpret, score, or recommend. That is the Medical Devices Rules line.
Do you store Aadhaar?
Never. Not the number, not a masked number, not the PDF. ABHA is optional and display-first until the ABDM adapter is production-live.
Can the pathologist sign from home?
No. Signing stays at the lab. We log who signed, when, and from where.
Where is the data?
India. Patient records are not sent to error trackers, analytics suites, or a third-party billing tool. Export is free if you leave or sell the lab.
Money
How does onboarding work?
We set your lab up properly: import dry-run, analyser verification if you have machines, then the first signed report. You pick Clinic or Chain on the demo call; Starter if you are still one counter. Suspension is a person in our ops console, not a cron job at 9 a.m. on a busy Saturday.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. List is exclusive. You receive a tax invoice with our GSTIN and yours.
Card on file? Stripe? UPI Autopay?
None of those in this build. NEFT, IMPS, UPI, or cheque against the invoice. We record the UTR and any TDS under 194J.
Can Starter talk to a Mindray?
Yes, if you add an analyzer seat (₹1,000 / device / month). The homepage that talks about machines is describing Chain, or that add-on on Clinic.
When is WhatsApp live?
When we are a Principal Entity with templates, or you bring a header. Until then: email, and a log. We will not pretend a log driver is a WABA.
Quarterly and annual?
Yes, on the subscription, with prepay. The public page shows monthly list so you can compare to CrelioHealth’s monthly cards.
